Working in partnership with the Estimates Manager the Portfolio Resourcing and Reporting Manager will provide an effective IT Project estimation process of IT hours and corresponding $ (IT Resource budget) & subsequent feeds into the pipeline portfolio planning processes through resource profiles.
As the Portfolio Resourcing and Reporting Manager you will assist in the annual project budget planning, quarterly portfolio planning and portfolio scheduling processes across the company to level the portfolio within it's capacity to execute.
Essential Skills
- The ability to understand the macro company IT portfolio at a micro level to determine key trends, issues and recommend actions.
- Experience of project and/or portfolio management methodology and processes
- Advanced Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint skills to undertake portfolio modelling, analytics and advanced reporting
- Understanding of IT demand and supply management to create effective resource and capability plans
- Excellent analytical, numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
